If you have never applied vinyl wrap before, you should watch some videos on YouTube. Even with that, I had a bit of a challenge due to the several curves on the hood. For mostly even surfaces, I think it would be pretty simple.

The air channels/grooves on the adhesive side work well. It conforms well without heat, but heat does help when working in stubborn tight areas.

It was quite challenging but that mainly had to do with my ability, but it did get better as I made more attempts. The job, although not perfect, came out great in my opinion. A great but challenging way to either do up a new body or restore/revamp and old one.

I used this product after my first-ever attempt at using 3M’s 1080 vinyl wrap for my front bumper. This wrap is thicker, which makes it easier to use for beginners in comparison to 3M. Additionally, the protective film adhered to the wrap much longer than 3M’s, which easily peeled as I was using the squeegee to remove the bubbles. I highly recommend this wrap for a fraction of the cost than the 3M vinyl wrap.
